CrossFit Octopus is not just a gym, but a diverse community including full-time moms, elite athletes, police officers, business executives, members of the military and more. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting and lifting, all executed at high intensity.
There are no machines at CrossFit Octopus. Instead, there are kettle bells, barbells and a huge space outside for running, jumping, climbing and throwing. Our workouts are scalable, which means completely new beginners and CrossFit elite athletes can complete the same workout with different modifications.
There are many areas of fitness where you will find great improvement once you start at CrossFit Octopus: strength, flexibility, stamina, endurance, speed, coordination, agility and balance. CrossFit is for you if you want to get into shape, have lost interest in your regular gym routine, are looking to get faster or stronger in a sport you already do or just want to look great for the summer!
We’ve always tried hard to give you the best training environment. The gym is clean and spacious, and we also have cubby section for you to keep your belongings safe during your workout.
