You can always read about CrossFit or hear about it from your friends, but you need to experience it yourself to actually know what it’s all about!
At CrossFit Octopus, we require new members to attend our Free Foundations Class, which we hold at our facility on Saturdays at 10am. Our coaches will work with you and provide intensive instruction so you become familiar with the proper techniques used during our workouts.
