Joseph Freeman got his Crossfit Level 1 in 2012 and as of July, has been coaching for 3.5 years.
He learned speed and agility training from Tony Villani at XPE Sports and from there his interest in specific training began. Through the years he’s expanded his knowledge in biochemistry, biomechanics, mobility, and recovery. He’s confident in his abilities to articulate complex movements (Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics) to the common client. His goal for coaching is for people to learn to set goals and develop the mental toughness to achieve those goals.
